My experience spans a range of practical settings with a focus on emergency response, pre-hospital care and resuscitation. I am advocate of context-driven education in the pursuit of appreciable outcomes in practice.

I have a special interest in cognitive performance, bias mitigation and the optimisation of team dynamics, with worked experience amongst human factors centred projects and process development. My vocational training is grounded in national safety and systems-engineering healthcare initiatives.

Time-critical, high-stakes situations call for ergonomic procedural design; this involves minimising complexity alongside implementing safeguards to support safe practice in stressful environments. I have experience of building these concepts into workflows and products, particularly in the pre-hospital setting.
